Respected Principal Sir, Vice Principal Sir, Learning Teachers and My dear students of JNV Name Good Morning to All.
It is indeed a great pleasure and honor that I stand before you today to celebrate 38th Navodaya Foundation Day of on this precious occasion we gather to commemorate the vision dedication and tireless efforts of all those who have contributed to the growth and success of Navodaya Vidyalayas. The national education policy 1986 and setting up of the residential schools called NAvodaya Vidyalaya and later named as Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. It was founded as established in 1985 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) with the aim of providing quality education to the talented childrens from rural areas. now they have been begin of hope and inspiration for countless individual acroos the country.
To start with Navodaya Vidyalaya was firstly established at Haryana and Amaravati Maharashtra during the session 1985-86. The first at being inaugurated by Honorable Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi Ji Since then it has never looked back and has expended to over 600 schools across the country gathering students of class 6 to 12th. If I am not wrong at present the Total 661 JNVs are being sanctioned and out of that 649 JNVs are functional the ultimate vison of NAvodaya Vidyalaya Samiti is to provide good quality modern education including a strong component of culture inculcation of values of the environment adventure activities and physical education to the talented children predominatly from the rual areas with regard to without regard to their family social economic condition now the major and the silent feature of first of all the students here are being admitted through JNVST a selection test in which students are being admitted in Class 6, 9th and 11th the second silent feature of these vial is the reservation policy 75% of seeds in these Vidyalayas are reserved for the rural children and one third of seats are reserved for girls and another but very important feature of these Vidyalaya’s is the adherence to the three language formula and in addition to it it very important I would say that and work very hard for the promotion of national integration through it migration policy in class and over the years now they have made significant strides in the field of Education rural development and social welfare through its various initiatives and Pace setting activities has touched lives of thousands of people providing them with opportunity for better future and a brighter tomorrow as we celebrate this foundation da let us real commitment to the values of confession integrity and service that have guided no since it inception let us continue to work together and create a more inclusive equitable and sustainable society where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and succeed I would like to express my heartful gratitude to all the supporters volunteers staff members and partners who have played a crucial role in the success of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas your dedication and passion have been instrumental in driving positive change and making a lasting impact on the lives of so many people as we look forward towards the future let us draw inspiration from the past experience of navodaya vidyalaya and strive to reach even greater heights in our mission to create a better word for all together we can make a difference and build a brighter future for the generations to come thank you all for your presence.
