Good morning to one and all presented over here. As a women I feel very proud to stand before you. Today 8th of March is considered as International Women’s Day. All throughout the world this day is celebrated and dedicated to womens.
The theme for International Women’s Day 2024 is Count Her In: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress.
Everyone use to remember the womens who loved them and cared for them. But I don’t think its not something that we have to show in a single day. The respect and love for womens should be always in our mind.
It is important that we should teach our younger ones to respect and honour women. Every women deserves respect, love, care, and happiness. We must realize that each women is a multi tasker. They have the capability to handle and manage a number of things at the same time.
We can see that there is not even a single space without women’s. I am not telling women’s are above anything or anyone. But we should realize that they are equal to everyone. Each women is working hard and they are breaking all the glass ceiling around the world.
Almost every women is independent and they are strong enough to take care of themselves. They have became more self confident. Everyone should realize that they all are born and brought up only because of the strong will power of a women.
It is so sad to see and hear that still many women’s are facing a lot of issues. They are treated very badly. I think that its all is only because of the lack of education. So it is important from the childhood itself our baby’s must come to know that, each women standing Infront of them are the real warriors, and make them understand that every women should be given enough respect, love, and care.

A very Good Morning to the respected principal sir/madam, teachers and my dear friends. Today I would like to share my thoughts with you on an important topic of women empowerment.
Women empowerment plays an important role in the development of the country. Empowerment of women particularly in rural areas is the necessity today.
Basic rights like education, nutrition and health are like luxuries for millions of girls across the globe even today. There are a lot of girls in the rural areas who drop out from the school and end up in employment or doing household chores.
Female feticide, domestic violence, early marriages, gender based discrimination, discrimination at work place are some of the challenges women are facing even today. We must ensure that each and every girl gets her rights of education, proper nutrition and good health facilities. There should be proper law and enforcement for the safety of women. Women should get the freedom to take their own decisions.
When girls are educated and empowered families become happier. When women are educated they help the families financially. This helps to break the cycle of poverty for families around the world.
Empowering the women is one of the smartest things we can do to promote a healthier and a more prosperous world.
