Infant Protection Day is celebrated every year on 7th of November. This is only to raise awareness for the safety and development of Infants. The day is celebrated to spread awareness about the safety of infants and protect their lives by taking proper care of them.
It is a World wide awareness of human beings . According to W.H.O in 2019, 2.4 millions baby died in their first month of life. Basically government around the world already make laws to protect babies.
The day promotes the proper development of infants and protect the well-being and health of both mother and child.
There has not been an expected reduction in infant mortality due to the lack of basic health service, awareness and increasing population burden.

It should be made aware that due to the lack of proper protection and proper care, newboarns face a lot of problems.
May measures have been announced by the government to prevent infant mortality.
