ફોર્મ ભરવા માટેના જરૂરી Documents

1. બાળકનો જન્મ નો દાખલો (Birth Certificate)
2. રહેઠાણનો પુરાવો (લાઈટબીલ , રેશન કાર્ડ , રેજીસ્ટ્રેડ ભાડાકરાર) – Residence Proof
3. વાલીનું જાતિનું પ્રમાણપત્ર – Parent Caste Certificate
4. વિદ્યાર્થીનો પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝ નો ફોટો – Student Photocopy
5. વાલીનો આવકનો દાખલો – Parent Income Certificate
6. વાલીની બેંક ની પાસબુક અથવા બાળકની પાસબુક – Parent Bank Passbook or Student Passbook

ઉંમર મર્યાદા – Age limit

1 જૂન 2024ના રોજ બાળકે 6 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરેલ હોવા જોઈએ – The child should have completed 6 years on 1 June 2024.
