NVS Student ID Card Portal 2025 Login URL or Link
Objectives
- The objective of the document is to guide users for the NVS ID application functionality that is designed to do the entry of the students records in all the JNVs in India.
We are giving direct link to login in Navodaya Student ID Card Portal.
Users
- The users for the application are mentioned below:
- a. DEO (Data Entry Operator)
- b. School Principal
Follow the steps mentioned to login to the application:
- Enter the URL in the browser https://nvs.tcilprojects.com
- Enter Username and Password
- Click on Login button to login to application as shown in figure 1.
For Data Entry you should ready with following Data
- Student Name
- APAAR ID (Optional)
- Father Name
- Mother Name
- Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
- Gender
- School Registration Number (GR No.)
- Status Date (Optional)
- Blood Group (O+)
- Mobile Number
- Address
After Complete the above data and Upload Excel File then you should Upload Photo Separate in .PNG File. You can Bulk Upload Photos of JPG and Covert into PNG then Upload one by one.
After completing Photos then you should login through Principal Login Then Approve Students One by One.
