How to Apply Participate in All India Virsa Inter School Competition 2022

What is All India Virsa Inter School Competition 2022

Since 2016, Routes 2 Roots is organizing All India Virsa Inter School Competitions for all the school going children enrolled in the Digital Education program. Since then lakhs of students have participated in Virsa Competitions.

The categories in which students can participate are as follows (All India Virsa Inter School Competitions):

1. Bharatanatyam
2. Carnatic Vocal
3. Flute
4. Guitar
5. Hindustani Classical Vocal
6. Hindustani Classical Harmonium
7. Kathak
8. Keyboard
9. Light and Folk Dance
10. Light and Folk Vocal
11. Other Classical Dance
12. Sitar
13. Tabla
14. Theatre
15. Yoga

Date for sending your participation entry: 26th January to 28th February 2022.

Entries will be judged in three different categories divided into three different age groups:

1. 6-10 Years
2. 11-14 years
3. 15 above years.

How to Apply / Steps : All India Virsa Inter School Competition 2022

Step -1 :

Record a video of your performance in good quality. The Video can be solo, duet or of a group performance.

Step – 2 :

Upload your video on YouTube; instructions to upload video on YouTube

Step – 3 :

1. Log in using your email ID and password.
2. After signing in, click on ‘Upload Video’.
3. Click on ‘Select File’ or drag & drop the video file and wait until uploading ends.
4. Once file uploading is completed, fill the details about the video
5. On title column – School’s registered name, student’s full name, class and discipline.
6. Then Scroll Down- Go to ‘Audience’ and select ‘Yes, it’s made for children’.
7. Then Scroll Down- Go to ‘Audience’ and select ‘Yes, it’s made for children’.
8. Click on ‘Next’, then again click on ‘Next’ on Video element tab.
9. Click on ‘Publish Now’ and select ‘Unlisted’.
10. Click on ‘Publish’, close the video publish tab.
11. Click on ‘Videos’ then select the video you uploaded.
12. Click on the video link written on the right corner below your video.
13. Finally copy the URL from the address bar and paste it below.

Attractive prizes and certificates shall be given to the winners.

Terms of Participation:

1. The competition is open for all the students.
2. Only one entry will be acceptable in each category.
