CBSE Circular – Registration Link of Integrating AI and Tinkering in School Curriculum (AIoT) 2023
This is with reference to CBSE Circular No. 102/2022 dated 9th September 2022 whereby it was informed that CBSE and NITI Aayog in association with Intel India have launched a program to integrate AI and
Tinkering in the School Curriculum of classes VI to X. The program, launched on September 15, 2022, aims at integrating Artificial Intelligence and IoT (Internet of Things) across the school curriculum in order to enhance students’ learning outcomes and enable skills for future work.
As the next step, an event to showcase how AIoT integration is bringing a paradigm shift in the teaching learning process and the school ecosystem, is being organized on 24th January 2023 in New Delhi.
A compendium with lesson plans developed by the teachers on AIoT integration ideas for dissemination to other schools will also be released during this event. This event will also include a session on ‘Demystifying AI and Introduction to Design Thinking’ besides that a showcase of AI and AIoT-enabled projects developed by the students. Senior dignitaries from CBSE, Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog and Intel shall also be addressing the participants during this session.
In this regard, the schools who are having AI as a skill subject are requested to attend this event by registering on the link mentioned below by 21st January 2023:
Please note that:
- There is no participation fee for attending this event.
- TA/DA or stay facility will not be provided by CBSE.
- Due to the limited seats, a confirmation mail will be sent to selected participants by January 22, 2023.
- Participation certificate shall also be given to all the selected participants.
