World Pharmacist Day is observed on 25th September Every year. The day os observed to promote and advocate the role of Pharmacist in improving health all over the world.
Many people along with students wonder why Pharmacist day is celebrated on September 25 ? The International pharmacist Federation of national association of Pharmacist and pharmaceutical Scientists, came into existence On September 25, 1912.
The International Pharmaceutical Federation designated 25th September as annual World Pharmacist Day in 2009.
The day also spreads awareness about the importance and role of a Pharmacist. The day is to celebrate services done by the Pharmacist across the world.
It also reminds us to pay tribute to all those pharmacists who are providing services with kindness and emphathy. Pharmacists give access to medicines, advise people on how to properly take them etc.
